Booking

When you pick a time, it is held for you as a request. One of the partners confirms it by email. Until then, nobody else can book the same time.

There is no payment on this website. For Discovery and ID Compass engagements you receive a proposal after the first conversation.

Changing or cancelling

You can move or cancel your booking yourself, up to 24 hours before it starts, with the link in your confirmation email. Closer to the time, please email us.

Privacy

When you book, we ask for your name, email address, phone number (optional), your organisation and your answers to a few questions about the issue you want to discuss. We use them only to prepare for and hold the conversation, and to contact you about it.

• We don't sell or share your details with anyone outside ID.M.
• Your answers to the four questions are kept only for your visit, and reach us only if you book.
• This site sets only the cookie it needs to work (a session cookie). No tracking or advertising cookies.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing us.
